For this tender, Award, will be based on MAT - Most Advantageous Tender. Price Weighting: 30% Quality Weighting 70%
Historic England seeks an independent evaluation of its education resources, to assess pedagogical quality, curriculum relevance, heritage and place-based learning, teacher usability, inclusion and accessibility. The commission will combine resource review with teacher research and a focused comparison with other free online history and heritage resources for schools, identifying distinctive value, overlap and gaps in provision. It will produce prioritised recommendations, an evidence-based assessment of the case for continued free resource production and a practical quality framework for future resource development and commissioning.
