Birmingham Children's Trust seeks to appoint a suitable qualified provider to deliver an Organisation-wide trauma-informed workforce development, leadership and evaluation programme. The requirement includes developing internal educators and champions, advanced training for frontline practitioners, leadership and management development, programme evaluation, organisational maturity assessment, knowledge transfer and sustainability planning. There may be an opportunity for an optional specialist facilitator training may also be commissioned. The services will primarily be delivered to Birmingham Children's Trust employees and services operating within the Birmingham geographic area, using an agreed combination of in-person and virtual delivery. The objective is to strengthen trauma-informed knowledge and practice, embed trauma-responsive approaches across the organisations, build sustainable internal capability and provide evidence of the programme's impact on practice and organisational maturity.
