The purpose of the contract is to provide routine service and maintenance of Lightning Protection Systems across the University of Worcester Estate, the contract will also cover any refurbishment & or repair works on a required basis. The contractor is required to service the Lightning Protection Systems on an annual basis (1 service per year), 11 monthly testing is most suitable to ensure that the systems are fully compliant all year around as detailed.
