Bidders are advised that the Tender Notice has been amended as follows: The minimum technical threshold applicable to this procurement is 42 out of 60 points, in accordance with the Request for Proposal (RFP) documentation. The Tender Notice has been updated accordingly. The tender submission deadline has been extended. Bidders should refer to the amended Tender Notice for the revised closing date and time. The estimated contract start date and estimated contract end date have also been revised to reflect the updated procurement timetable. Bidders should refer to the amended Tender Notice for the revised estimated dates. All bidders should rely on the amended Tender Notice and the RFP documentation when preparing their submissions. All other requirements remain unchanged.

Consultancy services for the delivery of a comprehensive Solar PV Feasibility Study for the British High Commission Lusaka estate, including the Chancery, the High Commissioner's Residence and designated staff residential properties. The scope includes site assessments, energy demand analysis, solar PV generation modelling, battery storage and energy resilience assessment, financial and economic appraisal, options analysis, and the provision of a final feasibility report with recommendations to support future procurement and implementation of solar energy solutions. The contract value is £30,000 and the services are to be delivered in accordance with the requirements set out in the Request for Proposal.
