Description

Rural Housing Association Limited wishes to appoint an Integrated Design Team consisting of the following disciplines: • Architect (as Lead Consultant); • Mechanical and Electrical Engineers; • Civil and Structural Engineers; • Principal Designer; and • NEC4 Supervisor The scheme is for the delivery of 7No social housing dwellings. The site already has planning approval 7nr private dwellings, not designed to social standards. The scheme will need to be redesigned to meet social housing design guide standards, with revised social housing application. The mix required is – 4No 3P/2B GN Dwellings 3No 5P/3B GN Dwellings
