The anticipated requirement is a three-year programme covering six agri-tech subsector cohorts. Services may include: 1. Participant marketing, recruitment and cohort management • Market and promote the programme through appropriate platforms and networks, with clear application information and deadlines. • Identify, assess and select participating businesses. • Manage cohorts, participant engagement, stakeholder coordination and communications. 2. Market intelligence and export strategy • Identify priority international markets. • Undertake market research and opportunity assessments. • Develop practical export and market-entry strategies. 3. Curated capability-development pathway • Design a logical learning pathway that supports the programme objectives. • Undertake export-readiness assessments. • Deliver workshops, training sessions, webinars, peer-learning activities and mentoring. • Provide and manage mentors, specialist advisers and delivery partners. 4.
