The Framework will have a maximum duration of four years and may be used to award contracts for public sector development requirements across all English Regions. The Framework is designed to provide Public Sector Contracting Authorities with access to suitably qualified Development Partners capable of supporting projects across the full development lifecycle, from master planning and securing planning permission through to design, construction, delivery and, where applicable, aftercare of completed assets.
