Tender Deadline Extension and Consolidated Clarifications - PR-2026-0085 Wirral Metropolitan College confirms that the tender submission deadline has been extended to 12:0 noon (GMT) on Monday 30 November 2026. The College aims to publish responses to outstanding clarification questions by Tuesday 24 November 2026. All other tender requirements remain unchanged unless expressly amended.

Wirral Met College is seeking a supplier to provide marketing, advertising and media buying services to support student recruitment, raise awareness of the College and promote its courses. The requirement includes campaign planning, media recommendations and buying, campaign delivery, monitoring, optimisation and performance reporting. Services may include digital advertising, paid social media, outdoor advertising, radio and audio advertising, and printed promotional materials and distribution, as detailed in the specification. The contract will run for an initial 12 months, with an option to extend for a further 12 months at the College's discretion. Bidders must complete the tender response workbook, including the Common Campaign Scenario and Pricing Response, in accordance with the specification and submission instructions.
