In respect of the West region: •Responsive Maintenance (including Emergency Works ordered during Normal Working Hours); • Out of Hours Emergency Works; • Disrepair Works; • Damp, Mould and Condensation Remediation Works; • Void Property Inspections; • Void Property Works; • Planned Works and Major Works; • Technical Inspections; and • Emergency and Significant hazard Inspections;

Contract period: — → 31 December 2028

In respect of the South region: • Responsive Maintenance (including Emergency Works ordered during Normal Working Hours); • Out of Hours Emergency Works; • Disrepair Works; • Damp, Mould and Condensation Remediation Works; • Void Property Inspections; • Void Property Works; • Planned Works and Major Works; • Technical Inspections; and • Emergency and Significant hazard Inspections;

In respect of the East region: • Responsive Maintenance (including Emergency Works ordered during Normal Working Hours); • Out of Hours Emergency Works; • Disrepair Works; • Damp, Mould and Condensation Remediation Works; • Void Property Inspections; • Void Property Works; • Planned Works and Major Works; • Technical Inspections; and • Emergency and Significant hazard Inspections;

Contract period: — → 31 December 2028

In respect of YMCA St Pauls: • redecorating existing decorated surfaces of windows, doors, fascias, rainwater and sanitary pipework, walls, soffits, and Common Parts including communal rooms, bin stores, garages, cycle sheds, fencing, railings, screens, gates and other boundary features, paths, drives, staircases, and access decks/balconies which have been 'packaged' into a pre-planned programme of Work; and • cleaning the external surfaces of any PVCu items including windows, doors, soffits, fascias, and cladding; • installation, construction, repairs, maintenance, renewals, reinstatement or replacement Works or Works of improvement (other than that defined as cyclical redecoration) that is Ordered in conjunction with cyclical redecoration and to be undertaken in conjunction with or before the cyclical redecoration including; o overhaul of rainwater goods including renewals; o overhaul of external doors and windows including associated joinery repairs and renewals before the decoration of external and internal Common Parts including shared halls and stairways etc; o decorations to external elevations including associated joinery and carpentry repairs/renewals; o decoration to internal Common Parts; and o renewal, improvement or repair Works not associated directly with cyclical redecoration.
