This lot covers the provision of responsive and planned decoration works to residential, communal, and associated properties. The successful contractor will be required to deliver internal and external painting and decorating services, including surface preparation, repairs to decorative finishes, application of paints, stains and specialist coatings, wallpapering where required, and associated making-good works. Works will be undertaken across occupied and void properties, communal areas, offices, and other assets owned or managed by the Authority. This lot covers the provision of reactive decoration works arising from customer complaints, service failures, disrepair matters, insurance claims, tenancy issues, and other ad-hoc requirements. The successful contractor will be required to undertake internal and external painting and decorating works, including associated preparation, making-good, stain blocking, mould treatment decorating works, and reinstatement of decorative finishes. Works are expected to be completed within challenging timescales and may require close liaison with residents, housing officers, repairs teams, and other stakeholders to resolve issues promptly and maintain customer satisfaction.
