Lot 1 – leadership and management development. The scope is developing manager and leader capability required to develop people and teams effectively across the employee lifecycle.
This Lot covers the design and delivery of learning and development solutions that build the professional skills and capabilities of individuals, enabling them to work effectively with others, manage their own performance, undertake professional responsibilities effectively and contribute positively to organisational outcomes. This Lot also covers the design and delivery of learning and development solutions that build regulatory skills and capabilities, enabling individuals to exercise professional judgement, apply effective regulatory practice and deliver regulatory activities confidently and consistently. Learning may draw on recognised sector frameworks, including the Core Regulatory Skills Framework, where appropriate.
This Lot covers the design and delivery of learning and development solutions that support employee wellbeing, inclusion, belonging and positive workplace culture. The focus is on helping individuals, managers and teams create healthy, inclusive and psychologically safe working environments, whilst developing the knowledge, skills and behaviours needed to support personal wellbeing and the wellbeing of others.
This Lot covers the provision of independent facilitation, coaching, team and group development services designed to improve individual, team and group effectiveness, collaboration, communication and performance. The focus of this Lot is on facilitated interventions and coaching support for existing individuals, teams, groups or networks, rather than the delivery of training courses or programmes to individual learners.
