Provision Monitoring of service for the AED waitlist (10404)

This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) Direct Award C confirmation of contract award notice. This contract has been awarded under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award.A Notice of Intention to Award under Direct Award Process C was published in April 2026 and the standstill period was completed. Due to operational service continuity requirements, the provider commenced service delivery in April 2026 pending completion of contractual documentation.Contract negotiations and execution continued following service commencement, and the contract was not fully signed by all parties until October 2026. As a result, the Confirmation of Award Notice was not published within the expected timescale following award.Upon completion of the contract, the omission was identified through contract governance review. The organisation has therefore taken corrective action to publish the outstanding Award Notice retrospectively in order to ensure transparency and maintain a complete audit trail of the procurement undertaken under the Provider Selection Regime Direct Award Process C.No material changes were made to the award decision, provider selection rationale, or scope of services from those set out in the original Notice of Intention to Award published in April 2026.
