Please be advised that the deadline for the submission of responses for this ITT event has been officially extended. The new submission deadline is on Tuesday, 3 November 2026, at 5:0 pm. Thailand Time This extension is being implemented to ensure that all participating vendors have sufficient time to prepare comprehensive and competitive bids, as well as to encourage broader participation from potential suppliers who have expressed interest in the opportunity.
The British Council intends to engage a qualified facilities management service provider to submit bids for the provision of Facilities Management Services under a multi-Lot structure. The selected provider will deliver comprehensive services such as security, housekeeping, general office maintenance, air conditioner preventive maintenance, and pest control service. These services will promote efficient facility operations, and the overall health, safety, and comfort of all occupants.
To provide comprehensive security and operational support services.
To provide exceptional cleaning services ensuring safe and hygienic environment.
To maintain and repair the facilities equipment and infrastructure during the contract period of the project.
To maintain the upkeep the air - conditioning unit according to the maintenance program set by the client.
To ensure all premises remain safe, hygienic, and free from pest infestation while minimizing operational, health, and environmental risks through compliant and sustainable pest management practices.
