Hi, UK4 Tender Notice 2026/S 000-094269 has now been published, but the organisation roles are incorrect. The notice currently identifies Yorkshire Purchasing Organisation as the Contracting Authority and City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council as an organisation carrying out the procurement on its behalf. City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council (PPON PBWW-4714-TBHN) is the Contracting Authority/Buyer. The roles were reversed in the system in order to overcome FTS validation error R099, which was identifying YPO's PPON PMRV-4748-MNJV as the submitting organisation. Please can you advise how the parties should be correctly configured in YORtender so that Bradford Council is published as the Contracting Authority while YPO is appropriately identified for transmission purposes, and how the published UK4 should now be corrected?
The Council is seeking to appoint a supplier for the supply, storage and delivery of natural stone kerbs and paving materials for the Cavendish Street Public Realm Improvement Scheme. Suppliers wishing to participate must register on the Atamis e-tendering portal and access the procurement opportunity through the portal. All tender submissions must be made electronically via Atamis by the stated deadline. Submissions made by any other means will be deemed non-compliant and will not be accepted.
