NESO is seeking a Managed Service Provider (MSP) to deliver contingent labour services, with the option to provide supplementary permanent recruitment support. The MSP will be responsible for the management of contingent workforce programmes including the delivery of direct sourcing activities and the effective management of a network of recruitment agencies to identify, attract and source talent. The service will also include end to end programme management, workforce reporting and analytics, supplier selection and management, governance and performance oversight and the provision of a single point of contact for ordering, invoicing and operational related activities. The contract start date stated within this notice reflects the service commencement date. However, NESO estimates the contract effective date to commence up to 12 months prior to the service commencement to allow sufficient time for potential mobilisation, implementation and transition activities, where required.
