City of Wolverhampton council on behalf of Black Country Transport (BCT) is looking to appoint a suitable consultant to undertake work to support the A456 Dudley Consultation. The A456 has been identified by Dudley MBC as a corridor that warrants investment. The A456 sits in the borough of Dudley, close to the border of Birmingham and Worcestershire.
