Health Education and Improvement Wales (HEIW) is a Special Health Authority within NHS Wales which has a leading role in the education, training, development, and shaping of the healthcare workforce in Wales, whilst supporting high-quality care for the people of Wales. HEIW requires the onboarding of Educational Supervisors via the Bloom NEPRO3 framework to facilitate delivery of post-registration programmes and credentialing models of approach for pharmacist registrants to achieve RCPharm enhanced, advanced and consultant credentials.
