We are seeking to procure expert technical support to maintain, develop and enhance the capabilities of our digital products and services. • Provide technical development capacity to further develop our existing digital products and services throughout the contract via issued Statements of Work (SoWs). • Provide development capacity for digital projects that extend existing products and services, or for the development of new products and services supporting careers leaders and the CEC’s networks, that support our users via Statements of Work (SoWs). • Support the hosting and operation of our products and services and provide third-line technical support. • Manage our AWS infrastructure to ensure that our data, products and services remain stable, scalable and secure in the face of current and emerging threats. • Work collaboratively with the CEC to make effective and responsible use of AI tools to improve the efficiency, quality and pace of the development process.
