The Grimsby Dock Tower is a Grade I listed landmark within the Port of Grimsby and one of the UK's most significant maritime heritage structures. Associated British Ports (ABP) is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified contractor to undertake repair, conservation and refurbishment works to preserve the Tower's historic fabric, address identified structural and building defects, and safeguard the asset for future generations. The project will require extensive experience of working on complex heritage buildings, including listed structures, while operating safely within a live port environment.
