SONI is seeking to appoint a single Supplier per Lot under separate Contracts for the provision of Workplace Technology Services (comprising Audio Visual Services and Managed Print Services) for SONI’s Belfast office, in full compliance with the UK Procurement Act 2023 (the “Act”) and associated Procurement Regulations 2024. Tenderers may bid for one Lot or both Lots; each Lot will be evaluated and awarded independently, and the same Supplier may be awarded both Lots.
AV hardware supply, design, installation and integration (including Microsoft Teams Rooms), maintenance and support, and lifecycle/refresh, in accordance with Annex A. Services apply to SONI's Belfast office and, where called off, to any Additional Location. The Services additionally include reactive break-fix support only for the existing AV estate on an as-is basis from Contract commencement (estimated at approximately one year), an immediate partial refresh deliverable in advance of the SONI infrastructure and network, and completion of the refresh together with migration of the estate from the EirGrid network to the SONI network in collaboration with the Implementation Partner.
Sale or lease of printers (Supplier's choice of commercial model) for SONI's Belfast office, with set-up and configuration, ongoing servicing, consumables (ink/toner) replacement and end-of-life disposal in accordance with Annex B. The indicative estate (5 MFDs including 1 mono, plus 1 A0 plotter, with finishing and multi-tray configurations) is set out in Annex B and priced in Form 5, Schedule B.
