NHMF Frameworx on behalf of NHMF (NPC) members wishes to appoint a number of Consultancy Services, to two Frameworks, one for Direct Awards, and one for Mini Competitions. The Frameworks are national covering England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland with the ability to operate in specific geographical regions. This tranche of works will include lots for: Stock Condition Surveys Asset Management Consultancy (including Procurement consultancy, Strategy Support, Services reviews etc.) Energy Performance Retrofit Consultancy
