Preliminary Market Engagement - Provision of Therapeutic Intervention services for adults who have experienced sexual violence and abuse

The Procurement and Logistics Service (PaLS) on behalf of the Strategic Planning and Performance Group (SPPG) wish to carry out a Preliminary Market Engagement with interested providers. This Preliminary Market Engagement is intended to inform the market that the SPPG are proposing to tender for the provision of Therapeutic Intervention services for adults who have experienced sexual violence and abuse, within Health and Social Care Northern Ireland (HSCNI). The Preliminary Market Engagement (CfT Reference no: 6747346) for this tender will take the form of an Explanatory Document and Questionnaire for providers to respond to. The purpose of this Preliminary Market Engagement is to raise awareness of an upcoming procurement, gauge the level of interest in the provision of such services, and in advance of tender advertisement make potential providers aware of the following; • Key service requirements • The introduction of the new Procurement Act 2023 • Northern Ireland Procurement Policy Notes (PPN’s) relating to Social Value & Human Rights that will be included in any future Tender • Cyber Security requirements • Sustainability and Net Zero requirements Please refer to the ‘CP13 SPPG – Preliminary Market Engagement Questionnaire Explanatory Document’ and associated appendices for further information – all documents associated with this Preliminary Market Engagement are available in CfT document section under CfT Reference No: 6747346.
