Roof Survey accross the TVP estate

Description

To attend TVP sites, survey and identify all instances of woodwool/stramit flat roof constructions, and other flat roof deck constructions and waterproofing layers. Their condition and schedule/specification for their maintenance and repair/replacement. Secondly, to identify the condition and construction of all pitched roofs on the estate and schedule for their maintenance/repair/replacement. The Roof Surveys and Maintenance Schedules will be dip tested presented to TVP as the survey work proceeds to ensure that data collected by the consultant is adequate for the purpose of TVP extracting relevant data for onward reporting, data interrogation and scheduling of roof replacements and repairs. For example, written narrative reporting in MS Word with PDF copy and data/schedules in MS Excel and PDF copy. Drawings to be presented in Autodesk AutoCAD .dwg format with PDF copy. TVP will forward site plans in dwg format to the awarded consultant firm for them to make detail upon. The consultant firm must have police vetted staff (TVP or Warwickshire), visiting sites and compiling the survey data. Full details of sites will be passed to the awarded consultant firm, outline detail as below: Approximately 75 flat roof units and 110 pitched roof units
