There is no longer a requirement to be situated within a 40-mile radius of the site location. As a result of this the deadline for clarifications has been changed to 17:0 30th September2026 and the deadline for submission is 12 noon 7th October 2026
The Force are seeking to appoint a qualified MEP Clerk of Works for the refurbishment of a five-storey building incorporating a combination of existing and new Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) plant and systems. The MEP Clerk of Works shall act on behalf of the Employer (the Force) to monitor quality, compliance, and installation standards throughout the project lifecycle. The contract period for the MEP Clerk of Works will be approximately 20-months. The Force will require the Successful Contractor to attend site at least twice a week, there will also be a requirement to attend the site within 24-hours, should any issues arise.
