Nottingham City Council is undertaking a Preliminary Market Engagement (PME) exercise to better understand the current market for software solutions supporting Environmental Health, Trading Standards, General Licensing, Housing Licensing and Housing Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS) inspection and enforcement functions. This questionnaire forms part of a soft market testing exercise only. It is NOT a procurement, invitation to tender, selection process or call for competition.
