Early Market Engagement Notice Foreword NHS England is exploring collaboration opportunities with stakeholders from the private, public and voluntary, community and social enterprise (VCSE) sectors who are interested in helping to improve the health and life chances of babies, children and young people. Prior to formally launching this opportunity, we are hosting a virtual engagement forum on Tuesday 6th October, 15:30 – 17:00. This will be a chance for organisations to learn more about our ambitions, feed into the development of our approach and discuss any ideas and suggestions they may have to collaboratively improve the health of children and young people. NHS England recognises the Department of Health and Social Care has recently launched a Child Poverty Market engagement notice https://www.find-tender.service.gov.uk/Notice/062438-2026 . While there are some shared themes, the two initiatives have separate objectives. The DHSC programme is focused specifically on child poverty, whereas this market engagement seeks to explore a broader range of opportunities to improve outcomes for babies, children and young people. Since this is neither a call for competition nor a procurement, for administrative and technical reasons, it's been assigned a monetary value of £0.
