The services required is for a water maintenance contract for three fountains in the city centre, namely Victoria, Chamberlain and Centenary fountains. The water in these fountains require treatment under a maintenance regime and it is imperative they are always kept clean. • Relevant policies: In accordance with Public Health Act and Environmental Act 2021. • Relevant statutory duties: BCC has a duty of care to protect the public from legionella bacteria and other water-related diseases.
