The Council intends to award a contract to the Bidder who has submitted the most advantageous tender return according to the Council's award criteria, in accordance with Section 19 of the Procurement Act 2023. Quotations will be evaluated on the following award criteria and weightings: price 30% and quality 70% Total=100%. The scores a Bidder achieves will be weighted as per the above percentage and then combined to give the Bidder's overall score. Overall scores will be used to rank the Bidders to identify the most advantageous tender with the highest ranked Bidder being awarded the contract.
This is an opportunity to deliver Construction Skills Card Training across Brighton & Hove. This project is funded through our Local Employment for Construction - S106 Developer Contributions to increase the provision of training opportunities for residents of Brighton and Hove who wish to work in the construction industry, helping people at all stages of their career build the skills they need, and to support the construction industry to develop a skilled local labour force.
