This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) confirmation of contract award notice. This contract has been awarded under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. The extension rights in this contract will be in any combination of extension(s) up to a maximum of forty-eight (48) months. The contract value is as follows:- £9,828,818.25 - Initial Contract Term £18,043,536.00 - Extension Terms £27,872,354.25 - Total Contract Term The standstill process commenced on 23/07/2026 and concluded on the 03/08/2026. There was no review received during the standstill period. There are no declared or potential conflicts of interest raised by the individual making the decision.
The Council requires an all-age Alcohol and Drug Treatment and Recovery service. Specialised pathways will be developed by the service provider to ensure that all cohorts of service users, receive the support they need from a single provider regardless of how they enter the service. It is anticipated that the contract will commence on 23/01/2027 and will run for a period of 26 months and nine (9) days making the expiry date 31/03/2029. The extension rights in this contract will be in any combination of extension(s) up to a maximum of forty-eight (48) months.
