ROG First Light Exhibitions Audio Visual Hardware Contractor

Description

This procurement exercise is to secure an Audio Visual Hardware Contractor to deliver exhibitions audio visual hardware across a suite of new Royal Observatory Greenwich exhibitions, as part of the ROG First Light Project. The Audio Visual Hardware Contractor will be responsible for delivering and installing the audio visual equipment and systems, as well as the development and installation of the Contractor's Design Portion, for exhibitions AV across both the north and south parts of the ROG site. Their responsibilities will include: - the supply and installation of audio visual hardware relating to the exhibitions - providing drawings which will be coordinated by the OPOE and OPITU Setworks Principal Contractors - coordinating with the OPOE and OPITU Setworks Principal Contractors at all times, during both offsite and onsite periods - coordinating with a number of other client-direct works packages, including Digital Media The Audio Visual Hardware Contractor will also be responsible for certain Contractor Design Portions. This will be a two-stage procurement process including a PSQ process from which contractors will be shortlisted. Shortlisted contractors will be invited to Tender.
