The Fund is seeking to procure a suitable supplier (an individual organisation or a consortium with a lead supplier) to deliver an evaluation of the Together for Families programme, a £59.2m partnership programme with the Northern Ireland Department of Health (DoH). The appointed supplier will be expected to play a lead role in coordinating, synthesising and communicating learning and evidence from across the programme, ensuring that insights are brought together in a coherent and meaningful way. Concurrently, we are also procuring the ‘C0150 Together for Families Support Contract’. Bidders may submit a tender for this contract, the C0150 Together for Families Support Contract, or both. The appointed supplier will be expected to work collaboratively with the Support Supplier, where different suppliers are appointed, to align learning, share relevant insights and evidence, and coordinate the programme-wide synthesis of evidence, learning and emerging findings.
