Suppliers who have not registered on the Central Digital Platform (CDP) can do so at the following link. https://www.gov.uk/find-tender PLEASE NOTE: Registering may take a period of time and this should be considered in line with the submission deadline for this tender. The Authority is unable to extend submission deadlines if Suppliers have not registered on the CDP in sufficient time to meet the tender submission deadline. |

The Authority is looking for a Contractor to carry out a mixture of the following in adherence to the separate specifications provided for each building and lift : Remove the existing lift installations and installation of new lifts Install new lifts Modernise existing lifts Ongoing Maintenance: Complete maintenance in accordance with maintenance specification provided in the tender pack Be compliant with relevant legislation and standards. All works must: Ensure all installations are open protocol, durable, low maintenance, and compliant with relevant legislation and standards. Deliver all works within agreed timescales and budget.
