We have received a question from a potential bidder with regards to payment. Although the formal Clarification Question period has closed, I would like to provide an answer to ensure consistency of pricing from all bidders. Please see question 103 in version 6 of the Clarifications Log (v6), and the revised Appendix 2 Pricing Schedule (v2). Please ensure that v2 of the Pricing Schedule is completed and submitted with your tender response.
GLF Schools seeks to procure a Managed Detection and Response (MDR) solution, supported by Extended Detection and Response (XDR) capabilities, to provide continuous threat monitoring, investigation, detection, and response capabilities across its digital estate. The Contract is required for a period of 3 years from 1st January 2027 with the option to extend for a further 2 years, ie a 3+2 year contract.
