| Method Rationale: | The Rough Sleeping Prevention and Resettlement-D2N1 framework (Procurement Identifier-ocds-h6vhtk-05a7be) was procured following a competetive procedure. Relevant notices (UK2, UK4) in relation to the tender and Award notices (UK6 & UK7) were published in relation to the award of Lots 1&2 but, due to an error in the publication of the UK6, Lot 3 was omitted from the notice. The Cabinet Office (Ticket 0026384), advice was as follows: "You can publish a UK5 Transparency Notice to create a new framework, which can then be referred to as "Lot 3". This can subsequently be progressed using the UK6 and UK7 notices. Please note that this will not form part of the existing framework and will instead stand alone. This is because Lot 3 was cancelled within the current framework via the UK6." This UK5 Transparancy notice is published in accordance with the above advice. |
