The Council is seeking to engage 3 suppliers for the Young Person, inc VAWG, Outreach in Thornton Heath, South Norwood & New Addington. Each Organisation may only apply for up to 3 projects (Thornton Heath (Lot 1) /South Norwood (Lot 2) /New Addington (Lot 3); but will only be awarded a maximum of 1 project.
