NHS Cheshire and Merseyside Integrated Care Board is seeking suitably qualified providers to deliver the Cheshire and Merseyside WorkWell Service across nine locality Lots. The service will provide early intervention work and health support to help people with health conditions or disabilities to start, stay in or return to work.
Delivery of the Cheshire and Merseyside WorkWell Service within the Sefton locality, providing integrated work and health support to eligible participants in accordance with the Service Specification.
Delivery of the Cheshire and Merseyside WorkWell Service within the Cheshire West & Chester locality, providing integrated work and health support to eligible participants in accordance with the Service Specification.
Delivery of the Cheshire and Merseyside WorkWell Service within the Knowsley locality, providing integrated work and health support to eligible participants in accordance with the Service Specification.
Delivery of the Cheshire and Merseyside WorkWell Service within the Liverpool locality, providing integrated work and health support to eligible participants in accordance with the Service Specification.
