Description

Ofgem has a working Centre of Excellence (CoE) baseline, a defined governance lifecycle, a route-to-live pipeline and a prioritised pipeline of use cases. The objective of this engagement is to have the support of a supplier to help strengthening it in the areas where it is least developed: structured testing at agent level and through User Acceptance Testing (UAT); a reviewed stage-gate structure with formalised governance ceremonies; and end-to-end monitoring, telemetry and analytics from development, through test, into live operation. Alongside this, the supplier will support to break out the monitoring needs and the setup required across each governance domain, such as Power Platform, Security, AI governance and data governance, so that controls are consistent and evidenced across the lifecycle.
