Phoenix Energy Group requires a number of insurance policies to cover the various aspects of it's business operations. There are 12 separate Insurance Policies required and so this tender is divided into 12 Lots. Namely: LOT NO. 1 – EXCESS LAYER PUBLIC & PRODUCTS LIABILITY 1ST LAYER INSURANCE LOT NO. 2 – EXCESS LAYER PUBLIC & PRODUCTS LIABILITY 2ND LAYER INSURANCE LOT NO. 3 – EXCESS LAYER PUBLIC & PRODUCTS LIABILITY 3RD LAYER INSURANCE LOT NO. 4 – PROPERTY INSURANCE LOT NO. 5 – BUSINESS INTERRUPTION INSURANCE LOT NO. 6 – PERSONAL ACCIDENT & TRAVEL INSURANCE LOT NO. 7 – COMPUTER LOT NO. 8 – TERRORISM INSURANCE LOT NO. 9 – MOTOR FLEET LOT NO. 10 – CRIME INSURANCE LOT NO. 11 – PROFESSIONAL INDEMNITY INSURANCE LOT NO. 12 – CYBER INSURANCE Please note, a summary of the 12 policies that are required are further described in the attached "Insurance Tender Summary" document.
