Greater Manchester Police (GMP) is undertaling a multi-stage Competitive Flexible Procedure, on behalf of Greater Manchester Combined Authority (GMCA), in order to identify a Higher Education Institution to deliver the Police Constable Degree Apprenticeship (PCDA) programme for the Force.
