Horsham District Council (the Council) undertook a closed 5-supplier procurement exercise, in accordance with the Council's Procurement Code and Contract Standing Orders, for the design and build of South Holmes Play Area and Open Space Renewal located off Owlbeech Way, Horsham. The Council has a maximum budget of £145,000 (this figure is inclusive of a contingency sum of £5,000) to deliver this project.
