The new Framework enables Providers to join onto an Open Framework ("Framework") for one or more Lots: • Lot 1: Individual arrangements and blocks for Support delivered across Homes with support (regulated and unregulated) and Community Based Support. • Lot 2: Co design / innovation for Support delivered across Homes with support (regulated and unregulated) and Community Based Support. The new service, known as 'My Future, My Way' is designed to support young people across a range of settings, including 'Homes with Support', where staff may be based on-site in both regulated and unregulated services and Community Based Support. Community Based Support will extend beyond the home as a young person moves on, offering places they can visit for help, as well as opportunities to develop independence in their own accommodation (such as through Housing First etc). Services designed and delivered in a way that recognises and responds to the holistic needs of each young person, placing their voice, aspirations and lived experience at the centre of planning and practice.
