The aim of the contract will be to improve wellbeing and developmental outcomes for children aged 0-5 through improving parents' skills, confidence, resilience, and positive social networks. The contract will enable the Council to continue meet the requirements of the DfE Best Start in Life Programme, which requires provision of parenting support via outreach peer support models, and requires delivery of an evidence-based home-learning programme (REAL).
