| Method Rationale: | This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to award notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. There are not any conflicts of interest and the Trust can demonstrate a clear and transparent application of the service criteria during their decision process. The decision process was based on a review of the incumbant supplier's performance against a set of 5 criteria with a total weighting of 100% as published. |
