Fair4All Finance is requesting proposals from organisations to support the design of an evaluation approach for our Financial Capability Programme. The programme forms part of the Government’s Financial Inclusion Strategy and will deploy £15m to support financial education and capability in England. It aims to take a targeted, impact‑driven and evidence-based approach to improving financial capability, behaviours and resilience among people in financially vulnerable circumstances.
