Description

This is a Market Engagement stage for a forthcoming opportunity, University of Chester will shortly be tendering via the open procedure for the Provision of Lift Maintenance Services throughout the University. It is planned to award one contract for the co-ordination, management, administration and completion of these services. Please note that any future lift installation works would be by separate tender and are not part of the scope or requirements for this tender. All maintenance services would be delivered to SFG20 requirements, and the administration and management of these tasks would be required to be delivered using the University’s CAFM software Q2 from Quantarc. Full details will be outlined in the tender documents when the tender begins and are not available at this stage. Potential tenderers are welcome to express interest in this opportunity and if you have any questions at this stage to arrange a Teams call with the Estates team. We have also added a questionnaire which only asks if you are interested in the market engagement stage and only requires a Yes or No response, you do not need to submit any other documents at this stage. It is not compulsory and will not affect your being invited to the tender stage, but please submit the Question response if you wish to.
