The Council invites tenders for the provision of window and general cleaning across the borough. The Council invites tenders for the provision of window and general cleaning across the borough. Lot Structure The tender is structured as three lots as follows: Lot 1 – Window Cleaning – Cleaning of office buildings, tenanted buildings, listed buildings and high-rise buildings. Lot 2 – General Cleaning – General cleaning of sport pavilions, office cleaning and cleaning of specialist premises such as Guildford Crematorium. Lot 3 – Window & General Cleaning – Full delivery of the services described under Lot 1 and 2. *Please note: GBC reserves the right to not award any of the lots under this tender. Tenderers may submit a tender for: • Lot 1 only; and/or • Lot 2 only; and/or • Lots 3 only Submission of a bid for Lot 3 is optional and will not be a condition for bidding for Lots 1 and/or 2.
To clean 8 sports pavilions across the Borough of Guildford on a weekly basis
Contract period: 30 September 2026 → 29 September 2028
A contractor is required to clean windows throughout Guildford Borough. Frequencies are split into twice annually, quarterly, bi-monthly and monthly. Sites are split across both corporate buildings, HRA stock and leased buildings – approx. 45 sites
