90% Quality / 10% Price per Lot
The Council seeks to appoint suitably experienced and specialist events management providers to deliver Christmas Lights Switch-On Events across four urban locations (Portadown, Lurgan, Dromore and Banbridge), Georgian Festival Sunday in Armagh and Craigavon Event in Brownlow (Lot 1) and seven rural locations (Lot 2). This project may be delivered in its entirety (Lot 1 and Lot 2) or by submitting individual tenders for Lot 1 or Lot 2. Tenderers are welcome to submit bids for Lot 1, Lot 2, or both, and should clearly indicate which lot(s) they are pricing for within their submission.
