The framework duration for Lot 2 and Lot 3 has been corrected to four (4) years, in line with Lot 1. The framework will deliver high-quality educational interventions to: • Children in care and care leavers • Pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) • Pupils excluded from school or at risk of exclusion • Children receiving Education Other Than at School (EOTAS) • Young people not in education, employment or training (NEET) Provision may be required across a range of locations, including Bradford district and nationally (England, Scotland, Wales), and must be capable of rapid mobilisation (typically within 48 hours). The contract aims to: • Improve educational attainment and re-engagement with learning • Provide tailored academic tuition and mentoring • Support reintegration into education or progression pathways • Deliver high-quality, safe, and compliant services aligned to statutory duties and safeguarding requirements
