Provision of venue, catering and associated event support services for larger workshops, conferences, symposiums, high-profile stakeholder events, international meetings, awards ceremonies and hybrid events involving both in-person and remote participation. Venues to have flexibility in layout to accommodate different formats such as theatre style seating or round tables/workshop set up and multiple, smaller breakout spaces. The venue must provide all requirements under Lot 2 plus enhanced AV and event production capability.
