NHS Surrey and Sussex ICB have opened the NHS Surrey and Sussex ICB Any Qualified Provider (AQP) Contract for applications. This procurement is run as a competitive process (with multi-provider award) under the Provider Selection Regime (PSR). The Contract covers the personalised commissioning of adult All Age Continuing Care (AACC) funded home care for individuals in Sussex assessed as eligible, including end-of-life care via the Fast Track Pathway and specialist and non-specialist NHS Continuing Healthcare (CHC). The services will be delivered by CQC registered home care providers (CQC service type: domiciliary care service) or by CQC registered hospice providers delivering hospice at home services. The contract will include both non-specialist and specialist home care services under defined Care Tiers. Applications are open from 22 June 2026 and will close at 5:0 pm on 24 July 2026. Services will commence from 1 November 2026. Timelines are indicative and may be subject to change. The Contract Term is 3 years from service commencement, and the Commissioner may opt to extend the Contract Term by up to 2 years, in accordance with Schedule 1C of the Contract Particulars.
